通常のジュエリーは、プラスチックを使わないFSC認証紙の包みと手提げ袋でお届けします。ブライダルジュエリーは、リング立てとして永く寄り添う旭川産カバの木のオリジナルボックスにお納めいたします。

Non-bridal pieces are presented in plastic-free, FSC-certified paper packaging with a matching paper bag. Bridal jewelry arrives in a handcrafted Asahikawa birch wood box, designed to remain by your side as a timeless ring stand.

ジュエリーという商品の特性上、お客様都合による返品・キャンセルはお受けしておりません。万一、初期不良や配送中の破損がございました場合は、商品到着後7日以内にご連絡ください。

Due to the bespoke nature of our jewelry, we are unable to accept returns or cancellations for personal reasons. Should your piece arrive damaged or defective, please notify us within 7 days of receipt.
